PREPARE AND INSTALL DOOR BASE POCKET TUBING

There are two pipes provided for each Roll Up Door. Insert swedged end of one

into the female end of the second pipe. Secure with self-tapping screw provided.

Fill pipe with sand and secure with a Black plastic insert on each end. Insert

weighted tubing assembly into Pocket along Bottom edge of Roll Up Door.

ATTACHING PULLEYS TO MAIN COVER

The two (2) pulleys should be installed on the out

side edge of the Main Cover,

with the clips of the pulley hung over the welded-in rope. The Pulleys should be

attached 6-12” inside the zippers evenly along welded-in rope. Measure into the

center of the unit from each zipper to locate pulleys properly. Using a razor knife,

cut a vertical ½” slot over the rope channel.
